Boarding Facility & Arena Rules

General Facility Rules
Respect all staff, boarders, and visitors at all times.
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.
Dogs must be leashed and under control at all times.
No smoking in barns, arenas, or near hay storage.
Please keep aisles, tack rooms, and common areas clean and free of clutter.
Do not borrow tack, feed, or equipment that does not belong to you without permission.
Report any facility damage, unsafe conditions, or horse health concerns immediately.

Horse Care & Boarding Rules
Horses must be up-to-date on vaccinations, deworming, and Coggins (proof required).
Farrier and veterinary visits must be scheduled and paid for by the owner unless otherwise arranged.
Outside feed, hay, and supplements must be stored neatly in designated areas.
Owners are responsible for providing clear instructions for feeding, turnout, and special care.
No outside horses allowed on the property without prior management approval.
Boarders are responsible for mucking stalls/pens if on self-board.

Riding Arena Rules
Helmets are strongly recommended for all riders and required for minors.
Close gates immediately after entering or leaving the arena.
No lunging in the arena if others are riding unless everyone agrees.
Pass left shoulder to left shoulder when riding in opposite directions.
Faster riders have the rail; slower riders move to the inside track.
No riding double, standing on horses, or unsafe stunts.
Clean up manure in the arena immediately after use.
No loose horses in the arena unless it is empty and approved by management.
Lights and equipment must be turned off after use.

Safety & Liability
Ride and handle horses at your own risk.
All riders and visitors must sign a waiver before using the facility.
Management reserves the right to revoke arena or boarding privileges if rules are not followed.
